The workflow
Your library powers your log.
Products are your individual ingredients. Meals are saved combinations of those products. A daily log records the products and meals you actually consume, so your calories and macros can be measured against your goals.
1. Products
Capture the nutrition of foods you use.
2. Meals
Combine products you eat together often.
3. Daily log
Record today and follow your progress.
Products
Add a product once.
A product is one food or drink in your personal catalogue. Its nutrition is stored per 100 g, which lets the app calculate accurate values whenever you use a different serving size.
- 1
Create or scan
Choose Add new product, or use the barcode scanner when the package is available.
- 2
Add nutrition
Enter calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat from the label. Extra nutrients can be added too.
- 3
Set a portion
Save a usual portion in grams to make adding the product to a day faster.
Tip: Use a clear name and choose a food category. This makes your catalogue easier to search and filter later.
Meals
Make repeat meals effortless.
A meal is a reusable recipe or food combination. Create one for anything you make regularly—such as overnight oats, a favourite lunch, or your post-workout shake.
What goes into a meal?
A name, a meal type, and any number of products.
Choose ingredients
Search your product catalogue and add the ingredients you need.
Adjust amounts
Set the grams and quantity for each ingredient. The meal total updates from those values.
Pick a meal type
Classify it as breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack to keep your library organised.
Create variants
Use variants when a meal has a familiar alternative, such as a rest-day or high-protein version.
Daily logs
Track what happened today.
Your daily log brings together your food and activity for a specific date. It automatically compares consumed calories and macros with the targets in your profile.
- 1
Open the day. Today’s daily log is available from the Daily page. A log is created when needed.
- 2
Add food. Use the plus button, then choose a saved meal or an individual product.
- 3
Fine-tune it. Update a product’s grams or change a meal quantity whenever your actual portion differs.
Meals and products
Log a meal to reuse its ingredients and serving setup, or log a single product for one-off foods.
Exercise
Add exercise entries to record calories burned alongside your nutrition.
Stay flexible
You can remove entries or adjust amounts; your totals refresh after each change.
Targets, macros and daily maximums
See how your calorie target is estimated, how it becomes carbohydrate, protein and fat targets, and why sugar and saturated fat get a maximum instead of a goal.
